Karkinos

Attested elsewhere in ancient sources

The pirate ship that captures Acenes, named after the crab constellation. In Greek mythology, Karkinos was a giant crab sent by Hera to distract Heracles during his battle with the Hydra. After being crushed by Heracles, it was placed among the stars as the constellation Cancer.
